Ava is 18 months old today, and the older she gets, the more that quote above resonates. She is becoming an independent, strong willed, and she is always going! There you have it! As for an update on our little princess, what can I say? She knows what she wants, and if she doesn’t get it, she lets you know! She is starting to talk a little bit more, but she is definitely not a girl of many words just yet. There are plenty of things she says, but no one else would necessarily know what she’s saying. But, isn’t that the case with most one year olds?
She loves her shoes, but she’s a bit of a tom boy. She still loves to eat, and eat some more. She is hopelessly attached to her pacifier (her buh buh) and her Grandma blankets. She loves to pester her brother. Oh, does she looovvee to pester her brother! She still eats pretty much everything she picks up off of the ground, and enjoys being outside. She's very confused by long sleeves and long pants and tugs and pulls at them when you first put them on (summer girl!). Her thin hair is a usually disaster, but she hates to have any pony tails or anything else in it. And, it gets blonder by the minute
She is our sweet, sweet Ava and we love her more every day. Happy 18 month birthday, Ava girl!
