UPDATED: OOPS! I'm a bit early! Lacy's birthday actually isn't until the 9th. Oh well, happy birthday anyway!
Lacy got to celebrate her 2nd birthday with us on Easter Sunday, but her actual birthday is today. Happy birthday, Lacy!
Here is Lacy with her cake—and the coolest birthday candle ever! The first attempt to light the candles failed because we were outside, but then Kathy remembered this other candle she had. It started out as a cluster of candles with some kinds of huge flame in the center.
After the flamed died down, all the other candles spread out and it rotated while playing the “happy birthday” song. The kids were all pretty fascinated!
Good thing Lacy had some help blowing out all those candles!
